Canon MP258 Error Code and how to fix it

Here I get a link on the Canon MP258 error code explanation. Please read and hopefully useful ....

Canon MP258 Error code and fix:

MP258 Error code there are 2 types of codes, namely:
1. that uses the letters before P, for example P07
2. that uses the letters before E, eg E05

P Canon MP258 Error code:

P02 (Carriage error)

Solution:
1. Make sure no foreign object stuck in the roll printer.
2. Clean and check the encoder, may be exposed to splashes of ink.


P03 (Line feed error)
Cause: Timing Disk dirty / damaged.
Solution:
1. Check the timing disk sensor located to the left of the printer
2. Check and clean the board.

P05 (ASF sensor error)
Cause: The paper detection sensor Canon MP258 Error.
Solution:
Try changing one of the following parts:
• ASF / PE sensor unit.
• Motor.
• Board Printer Canon MP258.

P06 (Internal temperature error):
Cause: Excessive heat in the Canon MP258 printer.
Solution:
1. Clean the inside of the MP258 printer.
2. replace Board MP258 Printer

P07 (Ink absorber full):

Cause: Full Counter Ink, Printer Canon MP258 already saaenya on reset.
Solution: Reset Printer Canon MP258 using software

P08 (Print head temperature rise error):
Cause: Head too hot, exceeds the threshold, usually the color Catridge
Solution:
Try changing the color catrid Canon MP258 printer.

P09 (EEPROM error)
Cause: Canon MP258 experienced board EEPROM Corrupt or damaged.
Solution:
1. Board replace Canon MP258 printer.

P15 (USB VBUS over current)

Cause: The printer excess current from the USB cable Canon MP258 printer.
Solution:
1. Try to Change Printer Canon MP258 USB cable.
2. If still defective, replace the Board Printer Canon MP258.

P20 (Other hardware error)
Cause: damage to other hardware
Solution:
Board replace Canon MP258 printer.

P22 (Scanner error)
Cause: The scanner is not working
Solution:
1. Replace Canon MP258 printer scanner.
2. Board Replace Canon MP258 printer.

Canon MP258 Error code E:
E04: Catridge Canon MP258 is not installed properly.
Solution: Take the catridge and then put it again

E05:
Catridge Canon MP258 is not installed properly or there is one damaged catrid
Solution:
1. Take the cartridge, then plug it in again
2. Replace the cartridge if there is a distinguished damaged

E14 and E15: Catridge Canon MP258 is not installed properly.
Solution: Take the catridge and then put it again

E13 and E16:
Ink has run out / cartridge must be reset.
Solution:
Press the STOP / Reset for 5 - 15 seconds wait until the led display process.
